2024-2025 SESHL Season Ends with Space Coast Blast Crowned Champions

The 2024-2025 South East Sled Hockey League (SESHL) Championship has come to a close, and what a weekend it was! Teams from across the Southeast gathered in Jacksonville, FL, for the final showdown of the season, filled with intense competition, camaraderie, and unforgettable moments on the ice.

At the conclusion of the regular season, the semi-final round featured a rematch between Carolina Sled Hockey and the Orlando Sled Bears. The day before, Orlando had dominated with a 5-1 victory, but Carolina came out strong in the rematch, taking an early 1-0 lead. However, as the game wore on, Orlando’s relentless attack proved too much, securing a 3-1 win and punching their ticket to the SESHL Championship Final against Space Coast Blast.

The Championship Final was a true test of endurance for Orlando, as they entered their third game of the day before noon. Despite their best efforts, Space Coast Blast showcased their dominance, cruising to a 5-0 victory and claiming the SESHL Championship title.

Beyond the competition, the weekend was filled with laughter, sportsmanship, and peer support, reminding us all why SESHL is more than just a league—it’s a family. The 2024-2025 season may have come to an end, but we’re already looking ahead to the excitement of the 2025-2026 season.

Congratulations to the Space Coast Blast on their championship win! 🏆🔥
